Born from a love of architecture and a passion for community, Preeti's path into real estate was anything but accidental. After years of helping friends and family navigate the often-overwhelming home-buying process, she made it her career — and never looked back.

Today, Preeti is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson (NJ License #2294397) with United Real Estate, working out of the Fair Lawn office at 18-19 River Rd. Her license covers the entire state of New Jersey — so while her home base and deepest market knowledge are in Bergen County, she actively represents clients from the Hudson waterfront through central Jersey and down to the shore. With five years of full-time experience, she specializes in first-time buyers, growing families, and clients relocating from NYC who want the lifestyle upgrade without losing the city pulse.

Outside of work, you'll find Preeti exploring new restaurants along River Road, hiking the Palisades, or volunteering with local housing nonprofits.
